LaBaye "2X4" guitars were invented by and made for Dan Helland in the mid 1960's.
They were built in a factory in Neodesha, Kansas. He named them "LaBaye" after the city
he sold them in: Green Bay, Wisconsin. There appeared to be 4 models:
